Betsy Crouch, Founder

Betsy is responsible for thousands of one-on-one coaching sessions, and hundreds of in-person and virtual group sessions. The coaching philosophy and memorable interactive facilitation approach is informed by Betsy's background in Executive Coaching, Sales Management, Learning and Development, Improvisational Theater, Entrepreneurship, Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry. Betsy is an XChange Approach Certified Guide, and has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. She is planning her second TEDx talk based on her first TEDx talk on Resilience that failed to record properly, again the topic was Resilience :). She is a contributing author to Dr. Dan Siegel’s book Play and Creativity for Psychotherapists, Norton Press (2017).
